River Gomti in Lucknow

Chhota Imambara is an significant monument located on the bank of river Gomti in the city of Lucknow, North India. It was built by third Nawab of Awadh, Nawab Muhammad Ali Shah in the year 1838.Also known as the Palace of Lights because of its decorations during special festivals, Chhota Imambara is also known as Hussainabad Imambara (Image: Courtesy: Shri S.A.
