Tile Wali Masjid, Lucknow -Photos

On the bank of river gomti this splendid masjid was constructed by Governor (of Mugal Emperor Aurangzeb) , Ali Shah Kuli. This tila (natural raised platform) is 200 meter high and 120 metre wide and . It is said that a Sheshnag temple was also present here. It is popularly known as Laxman Tila. This is Most beautiful 350 years old Masjid. The raised structure is also called Shah Geer ka Tila because his Rausa is also here.
